Cultural Audit
A tool with process, exercises, inventories, and bibliography to help religious congregations determine the cultural influences on their communities, especially of value to leadership and formation personnel. Sections address congregational culture; dominant U.S. culture; attitudinal change; cultural interaction; and implications for policies, ministries and new members.
